Before training as a Personal Transformative Life Coach, I spent 22 years as an Emergency nurse and have a BSC hons Emergency nurse practitioner degree. My experience exposed me to many cultures and age groups, and these interactions have helped me to be a great listener, non-judgemental and most of all broad minded. I have a good sense of humour, which I consider my greatest strength. I can laugh at myself and can make people feel comfortable and at ease. I am positive by nature and compassionate, but also direct when I think it is required in the coaching process. I have worked extensively on my own personal development and have a wealth of life experience.
In 2012 I moved to Switzerland with my family and lived there for four and a half years, during which time I trained and qualified as a Personal Transformative Life Coach and Group Coach. I attained a diploma and began my practice in the international community. I now live back in the UK and offer one-to-one and group coaching in Tunbridge Wells and the Kent & Sussex regions. Location of clients is never an issue as I have international clients worldwide that I coach via Skype.
I am a member of the Association of Coaching and I work according to a code of conduct, ethics and confidentiality set out by the ICF.
